‘Muffled’ felt images underline contradictions

When Brandy Wilson first arrived in Fort Smith, she was struck by the sweetness of the air in spring, and wondered at the source of the delicate fragrance that changed subtly with the season.

“It was the wild flowers,” said Wilson, who studied fine arts at the Alberta College of Art and Design.
