A jacket made of caribou hide and beaded black velvet with hare fur trim. This jacket is patterned after historic 'chief's coats' that combined a European open front with traditional decorative patterns and materials. It was worn by Tlicho chief Alexis Arrowmaker at the 1975 Treaty Days celebrations.
