Netted babiche with tanned caribou skin side sections and upper edge. Decorated with horizontal bands of red and blue pigment and skin thongs wrapped with white and yellow porcupine quills. Top faced with red wool cloth, (and probably formerly some blue wool cloth). Babiche loops at edge for attaching a carrying strap.
